Together with renowned Chefs Narda Lepes and Lele Cristobal, we organized a food rescue operation in the Buenos Aires Central Market, and we presented in the Coloquio IDEA 2019, in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
We supported the Mexico City Government in the rescue of nutritious food in the Itacate Center at the Central de Abastos Market, and distribution among community kitchens in the Municipalities of Iztapalapa and Cuauhtémoc.
We worked with Chef Alfredo Oropeza in the development of a personalized menu for our network of community kitchens in Mexico City.
